Pharmacy Technician

We are looking for a reliable and attentive individual to assist our team in providing an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will put the patient first, using their extensive knowledge of the pharmacy field to ensure that our customers are receiving the correct medications. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, keen attention to detail and an ability to work well with other staff members.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Prepare, preserve, and package medications and medical supplies in accordance with federal and state laws, agency standards, designated standards of quality, and pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Communicate with physicians concerning medications.
• Be able to identify medication errors.
• Gather patient information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Pharmacy technician experience: 1 year (Preferred)
