A large Healthcare Technology company in the Lehi, UT area, is hiring multiple Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technicians to join the team for a great long term opportunity! Previous Prior Authorization experience is essential!
Job Description:
- Coordination of clinical review cases, checking coverage and plan rules, verification of submitted information, pharmacy and provider outreach, review of Prior Authorization requests within established protocols
- Handle 30+ reviews daily and quality assurance
- Fax providing for verifications
- Using Salesforce Service Cloud or other CRM tools
- Use Mac/Google Suite
Qualifications:
- MUST have active Pharmacy Technician License (can be from any state)
- MUST be able to work 7am to 4pm MST
- Ability handling insurance questions
- Previous Pharm Tech experience or Prior Authorization experience required
- Must live in 1 of these 17 states: Arkansas (AR), Arizona (AZ), California (CA), Colorado (CO), Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), Kansas (KS), Minnesota (MN), Missouri (MO), Nevada (NV), Pennsylvania (PA), Tennessee (TN), Texas (TX), Utah (UT), Virginia (VA), Washington (WA), Wisconsin (WI)
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
