This apprenticeship is a 15-month Pharmacy Technician training program, in which the incumbent learns and performs the administration of care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a training instructor. Incumbent is enrolled in an accredited program and is expected to complete training curriculum, specified clinical rotations and 3,000 hours of on the job training. Required:
- Required - High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be enrolled in a designated (PTCB) accredited Pharmacy Technician training program within 30 days of hire
Licensure/Certification:
Required:
- Must obtain Pharmacy Technician Candidate registrations in the state of practice within 6 weeks of hire
