Must have 3 years pharmacy management experience in an acute care hospital setting or completed a PGY1/PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration Residency. Preferred experience in inventory management, drug shortage management, automation and inventory management systems.
Monday-Friday are primary work hours and on-call rotation is required.

ResponsibilitiesSupervise the daily activities of the pharmacy staff. May perform the duties of a Pharmacist.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and assign daily work assignments for pharmacy staff.
- Train, coach, and evaluate associates on performance expectations, and apply progressive discipline when appropriate. Participate in hiring and termination procedures within span of control.
- Act as liaison between department and other hospital departments, physicians and external customers in matters relating to pharmacy operations.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure that procedures and policies comply with organizational, federal, state and Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Pharmacist credentialed from the Indiana Board Of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy required. Master's degree preferred.
Work Experience:
- 1 year of experience required.
- 3 years pharmacy management experience in acute care hospital setting
- Experience in inventory management, drug shortage management, automation and inventory management systems
