Reports to: Pharmacy Director

Must-Haves

WV Licensed Pharmacist

5 years of practice experience in acute care pharmacy

USP 797, 795 and 800 experience

Nice-To-Haves

ASHP Sterile Compounding Preparation Certificate or equivalent a plus

Drug Diversion Prevention software knowledge a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 per year
