Job Title: Medical Records Associate
Reports To: Medical Records Supervisor
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and update patient/facility medical files.
- Answer and process phone calls.
- Process Physician Orders.
- Generate various daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Print monthly med sheets to specifications.
- Assist pharmacists when necessary.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

- High School diploma or equivalent. College courses desirable but not required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or verbal instructions from their supervisor and/or customers.
- Must have excellent phone demeanor.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and sit. Repetitive use of hands and fingers with use a computer keyboard and filing. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision. The employee will be required to be able to occasionally lift weights of up to 30 pounds
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
