SalaryResponsibilities:
- Responsible for performing provider outreach and triaging provider inbound calls to facilitate the resolution of open refill requests, prescription clarifications, processing prior authorization requests from physicians' offices and troubleshooting adjudication issues.
Primary duties:
- Supporting pharmacy inbound and outbound prescriber calls.
- Verifies patient information and inputs data for the pharmacists and educates prescribers pharmacy processes.
- Requires an active, professional license,
- Required by state law, State Pharmacy Technician Certification.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $20.00 per hour
