SalaryGrowing, independent, long term care (LTC) pharmacy in Kinston, NC is seeking a full-time pharmacy technician to work in our billing/accounting department. This position involves dealing with patient Rx insurance set-up, managing Rx claim rejections and reviewing pay status for assigned LTC facility patients. Requires excellent customer service, telephone communication skill and ability to management your time in a professional setting. This is a daytime position that includes an every 8th weekend rotation. Must live within 45 minutes of Kinston. Willing to train a motivated pharmacy technician who wants to advance and learn Pharmacy Billing functions. Must have high school diploma.
