Pharmacist Full-Time

NuCara Pharmacy is a dynamic and growing pharmacy serving patients in northeastern Iowa. We are looking for a full-time pharmacist to join our compounding and retail team as a full-time float at several of our NuCara Pharmacy locations. This position will have a focus on delivering patient-centered clinical service, compounding and dispensing medications, and ensuring a safe, effective and cost-efficient medication therapy. At NuCara, we prioritize one-on-one patient counseling and medication management with the goal of delivering the best pharmacy value without sacrificing the quality of care prized by our patients.

This position is ideal for a pharmacist looking for a practice setting where they are challenged to meet the specialized needs of individual patients. Candidates should be highly organized, highly motivated, be able to work in a team, and must be able to use available resources to provide appropriate patient care. The position requires a graduate of an accredited college of Pharmacy with BS or higher in Pharmacy, as well as a current Iowa Pharmacy License. Experience in compounding and retail is preferred, but all applicants will be considered.

Full-time positions offer competitive compensation and Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability, PTO, Paid Holidays, and 401k match. Pharmacies are closed on Sundays and all major holidays.
