Job Description
NITELINES USA INC. is currently looking to fill a Relief Pharmacist Position.
LOCATION: Federal Correctional Institution Waseca in Waseca, MN.
RATE: $58/Hr.
Relief Pharmacist Needed
The services will normally be required during periods of leave/vacation/training for the FCI staff pharmacist(s) and in possible emergency situations if/when needed. 48 hour notice given.
Schedule:
- The work schedule will normally consist of an 8 hour work shift, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., excluding Federal Holidays. Each daily schedule will include a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications to the inmate population at FCI Waseca
- Services to include the reporting of inappropriate prescriptions, dosages, adverse reactions to subscribers
- Assist in the ordering of pharmaceutical supplies and filling of medication carts and the after-hours medication cabinet
- The contractor will follow the written procedures for the dispensation of medications to the inmate clientele on an as needed basis
REQUIREMENTS:
Should be able to accurately input a minimum of 25 prescriptions per hour.
Education and Qualifications:
- Must possess a degree in Pharmacy and be licensed as a Pharmacist by the state of MN
- Must have 2 years experience working as a Pharmacist
- Must have computer and typing skills.
- Provide proof of current CPR certification.
- Shall have the ability to read, understand, fluently speak, and legibly write in the English language.
