Pharmacist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join our team. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for dispensing medications and providing pharmaceutical care to our patients. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Responsibilities: - Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, following all legal requirements and guidelines - Review prescriptions for appropriateness and provide consultation to healthcare professionals and patients - Monitor drug therapy regimens for potential drug interactions, contraindications, and therapeutic duplications - Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop patient-specific medication plans - Educate patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of medication therapy - Oversee pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution - Current pharmacist license in the state of practice - Strong knowledge of physiology, medical terminology, and medication administration - Experience in pediatrics, emergency medicine, critical care, or acute pain management is preferred - Completion of a pharmacy residency program is a plus - Proficient in IV infusion techniques and compounding medications Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals and make a difference in the lives of our patients. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $58.13 - $61.38 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
