Position Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Team Manager with a passion for growth and excellence. This role focuses on expanding our sales capabilities, managing and training a small, dedicated team of sales professionals who liaise with facility purchasers. The ideal candidate will not only drive sales growth but also enhance our team's effectiveness through expert leadership and data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and expand a small Sales Team, focusing on strategic growth and sales enhancement.
Manage daily sales operations, ensuring the team meets targets and delivers exceptional service.
Train and mentor sales representatives, providing them with the skills and knowledge needed for success.
Implement data analytics to track performance, identify opportunities, and optimize sales strategies.
Collaborate with the purchasing team to source and supply in-demand pharmaceutical products.
Actively collaborate with the management team on developing and implementing business strategy and growth initiatives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in Pharmaceutical Sales.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of growing Sales Teams and meeting sales targets.
Proficient in data analysis and using analytics to inform sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and its regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
