Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS:
Due to the nature of this remote position prior State Farm Agent office experience is required and needs to be recent and with in the past two years due to the technology systems.
P&C License is required and if out of state we will require getting licensing in the State of Georgia.
Life and Health license is desired and if out of state we will require getting licensing in the State of Georgia.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Experience managing client relationships is preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• Dedicated to customer service
• Able to anticipate customer needs
• Able to effectively relate to a customer
