Working shift: dynamic scheduling 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift, including weekends for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift.
The PGT (Pepsi Global Template) GTM (Go To Market) Deployment Resource will be accountable for assisting the North Division PGT GTM Deployment Associate Managers or "Site Leads" in all preparation required for Readiness, Deployment, and Hypercare activities in the (GTM) Process Area. The chosen candidate is expected to have a strong background in any of the following functions: Operations, Warehouse, or Sales, across manufacturing plants, DSD satellite warehouses and Cross Dock facilities.
This role will partner cross-functionally within the Division and across the North Division Deployment team.
This position requires working with the frontline, supervisors, and overall site leadership in the education and rollout of SAP process focused on Settlement, Inventory Management and Warehouse Operations. This role will teach and rollout processes which will be utilized in the future as the new SAP platform across the supply chain.
The position requires the utilization of PBNA (PepsiCo Beverages North America) business process knowledge and Warehouse Management System knowledge to link the warehouse and inventory execution processes. Organizational impact is concentrated in areas listed below but not limited to:
PBNA GTM Cycle of Operations, Warehouse/Inventory Operations, Sales/Delivery, Settlement
Responsibilities- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within a specific process of SAP, inclusive of the software and the corresponding business processes.
- Once proficient within a specific process area, cross-train to become a Super User by gaining expertise in other process areas across GTM
- Engage in project management activities, ensuring the site is ready for cutover
- Work with sites to ensure 100% of training is completed for impacted roles prior to cutover
- Work closely with the frontline and salaried teams on Settlement, Inventory Management and Warehouse Operations to teach and guide them through new SAP processes
- Provide expert knowledge and experience to project activities within Warehouse and GTM operations
- Be a results-oriented "change agent" who can understand different scenarios and help facilitate big-picture and tactical execution throughout the project
- Deliver end-user training and support super user activity
- Provide deployment and hyper care support
Compensation and Benefits
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,400 - $92,650 based on a full-time schedule.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility, target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Either 1.5+ years' experience in bottling operations in GTM/Warehouse and/or Inventory capacity or prior SAP Conversion experience in a Warehouse or Sales function
- Prior leadership experience preferred
