SUMMARY
Under general supervision, the PG&A Pricing Specialist is responsible for maintaining all PG&A pricing within SAP & DealerNet. Works closely with PG&A Product Management to ensure materials are competitively priced while maximizing profit. Supports company objectives and contributes to PG&A target achievement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calculates SpareParts pricing and maintains within SAP
- Evaluates and remedies any PG&A pricing issues within systems (SAP, DealerNet, etc.)
- Monitors transfer pricing of existing products and adjusts pricing accordingly to meet goals
- Provides staff, dealer network, and DMS/Web companies with updated PG&A pricing data
- Evaluates competitive market trends to maximize sales revenue and profit margins
- Works with Technical Accessory and Garments Procurement Team on strategic, market competitive pricing structure to increase sales revenue and profit margins
- Note: This is an onsite/in person position and work hours of 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. M-F
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Generally, requires a minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in similar role in the motorcycle industry. Prior experience with SAP preferred. Possess proven intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma/GED required; Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field preferred.

JUDGEMENT/REASONING ABILITY: Ability to recognize discrepancies and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise, and diplomacy. Requires ability to use judgment and reasoning skills and determine when issues need to be escalated.
