We invite you to come join our Stockton Diagnostic Imagingteam as a PET/CT Technologist. This full-timecareer opportunity has a Monday - Friday 6:45am - 2:00pm schedule and is located at our multi-modality outpatient imaging practice in Stockton, CA. Our center uses GE equipment andprovides a wide range of diagnostic imaging services to patients in a friendly and comfortable environment. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist you'll:
- Perform high quality nuclear medicine exams on incoming patients.
- Assure proper doses and radionuclides are ordered for each day.
- Assay dose so that the radionuclide is correct and matches procedure.
- Administer radionuclide in a safe and effective manner.
- Monitor patient's well-being during exams; recognizes patient discomfort or medical problems and takes appropriate action.
- Guide patients through this sometimes difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.
- Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
- Participate in projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements
We're looking for experienced and professional Nuclear Medicine Technician candidates who are able to independently perform all outpatient nuclear medicine exams and procedures with high quality results. Applicants must have ARRT(N) certification (or NMTCB certification), CA State License in nuclear medicine (ALL SCOPES DEFINED IN SECTION 30533, PLUS VENIPUNCTURE), BLS certification issued by AHA, and great communication skills! Recent nuclear medicine work experience is preferred.
Pay Range: $50.00 - $68.00/hour
