Pet Crematory Operator

Duties:

- Operate and maintain industrial equipment according to established procedures
- Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficient operation
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs when needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow
- Additional duties include maintenance of a large pet cemetery involving mowing, gardening. setting of monuments and similar

Requirements:

- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for operating industrial equipment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Familiarity with funeral directing processes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Hours are variable but will generally occur between 8:00am -- 6:00pm Monday-Friday. Weekend schedule is includes Saturday mornings.
