We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team at bark! bark! Boutique, a premier destination for pet supplies and accessories. We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to fill the position of Sales Associate.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding the right products for their pets.
- Greet and engage with customers, building relationships and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise as needed.
- Process transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to answer customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.
**Requirements:**
-Passion for pets is a MUST.
- Previous retail or customer service experience required.
- Passion for pets and knowledge of pet care products is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
