Most of our employees have been with the company for over 5 years, with our lead technician being with us for 33 years. Markley's Pest Services is looking for a friendly, self-motivated and engaging person with a passion to serve our customers needs.
The salary position is full-time. Based on a 40 hour work week Monday through Friday. Starting pay is $800 a week. Fridays are usually not a full 8 hour work day. Overtime is time and a half paid after 40 hours. We do not work weekends, and most major holidays are paid time off.
As a technician the job responsibilities will be as follows:
*Engaging with customers on a daily basis and taking care of their pest needs.
*Mostly entails walking and carrying a one gallon sprayer. No heavy work involved.
*Time management. The office staff coordinates the daily route for each technician.
*Identify and solve customers pest problems.
The candidate must have a clean driving record, be friendly and customer orientated. The company provides a work vehicle which employees take home each night. Uniforms and on the job training are also provided.
