Immediate full-time opening for a Pest Control Technician in Marion and Mt. Vernon or surrounding areas.

ABOUT THE JOB - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To create long lasting, raving fans of Meagher Pest Control

This will include:

• Delivering an excellent customer experience to our clients.
• Safely manage chemicals and understand the proper use depending on the Pest Control management required.
• Suggest and perform additional services as needed to the client.
• Access difficult areas including occasional ladders and confined spaces.

ABOUT YOU - TRAITS AND SKILLS NECESSARY FOR SUCCESS:

• You have a neat appearance. (No facial tattoos or facial piercing. Facial hair must be neat and trim)
• Physically able to wear a respirator as needed.
• You are comfortable talking to clients as needed.
• You demonstrate self-control and an ability to manage time and priorities.
• You have the drive to increase your customer base.
• You are conscientious and are able to follow processes
• You enjoy working outdoors year round.
• You are able to see challenges and create solutions.
• You are comfortable being on the road all day.
• You are accountable for your actions.
• You are comfortable working independently.
• You treat others fairly, regardless of personal bias or beliefs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Driver License and insurable in order to drive our company vehicles.
• Able to climb a ladder occasionally.
• Able to crawl into confined spaces on occasion.
• Ability to pass a Background Check and Illegal Drug Test
• Proficiency with tech and working with our CRM.

SCHEDULE:

• Monday-Friday Typical hours are 8-4 with occasional weekend and evening appointments

COMPENSATION:

• Base Pay $15-$17 per hour plus production bonus ($20-$25 per hour expected)
