Pest Control Technician Benefits:

Pest Control Technician Job Description:
- Responsible for the day to day operation of a Pest Control route.
- Follow a daily route schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each stop. (A company vehicle is provided for work purposes when applicable.)
- Complete all daily service orders accurately.
- Understand and apply all training materials and communications.
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Utilize in-depth training provided to decide on the most efficient pest solution for their customer's needs.
- Complete all required service-related paperwork/reports.
- Diagnose and discuss the scope of Pest Control service with customers.
- Ensure personnel training and compliance with safety procedures.
- Present a well-groomed, consistent and professional personal appearance in accordance with employee handbook standards.
- Exercise good time management.
Pest Control Technician Position Requirements:
- Possess or able to obtain required state certification
Pest Control Technician Qualifications:
- High School education or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Must be able to provide quality service on a timely basis to all customers on route
- Have demonstrated knowledge and ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to solve customer service problems
