SalaryLucky Landscaping a leading commercial landscape company based in Jupiter, Florida, is actively seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Lawn and Ornamental Pest Control/Fertilization Technician/ Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a rockstar in the field with a proven track record of overseeing and maintaining plant, turf, and tree health within Homeowners Association (HOA) communities.
Responsibilities:
1. Pest Control and Fertilization:
- Perform Pest Control treatments and fertilization applications on lawns, ornamental plants, and trees according to industry standards and regulations.
- Utilize knowledge of pesticides, fertilizers, and other treatments to enhance the overall health and appearance of landscapes.
2. HOA Community Oversight:
- Oversee and manage the health of plants, turf, and trees in various HOA communities.
- Collaborate with property managers and HOA boards to understand specific landscape needs and expectations.
3. Certified Pest Control Operator:
- Preferably possess a Certified Pest Control Operator (CPCO) license.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, best practices, and advancements in Pest Control and fertilization techniques.
4. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other members of the landscaping team to ensure seamless integration of Pest Control and fertilization activities with overall landscape maintenance.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of treatments, applications, and any relevant observations.
- Generate reports detailing the health and condition of landscapes for client and internal use.
6. Professional Development:
- Actively seek opportunities for professional development to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in lawn and ornamental Pest Control/fertilization.
- Certification: Preferably hold a Certified Pest Control Operator (CPCO) license.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Pest Control methods, fertilization techniques, and landscape health management.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented work environment.

Compensation package:
- Bonus opportunities
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
