Family and locally owned and operated, Sand Mountain Pest Management specializes in general Pest Control and termite control. Our team of professional technicians has the tools and knowledge needed to properly inspect your home and ensure you receive the best and most effective treatment options available.With locations in Anniston, Oneonta, and Albertville, AL, Sand Mountain Pest Management offers home and business owners a full line of Pest Control services to protect their property and guarantee complete satisfaction. We take time to educate our customers on ways to prevent future infestations. Our team is licensed and able to properly identify and control a wide range of pests. We also recommend new homeowners call us to schedule an appointment for one of our technicians to inspect their new home for signs of pests.
We are growing and right now, we're looking for an energetic, organized, friendly, self-starter, for the position of Pest Control Specialist to join our roster of Pest Control professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Manage company vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and in proper working condition.
- Provide Pest Control services to residential and commercial customers, addressing infestations and implementing preventive measures.
- Collect payments from customers for services rendered.
- Complete daily paperwork, including route sheets, service reports, and any necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of Pest Control activities and customer interactions.
- Inspect and identify pests, evaluate the extent of infestations, and determine appropriate treatment methods.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and providing information on Pest Control measures.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, best practices, and new treatment methods.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize routes and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment as required.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Job requirements
- Able to sit, stand, squat, travel up and down stairs, climb a ladder, and get into crawl spaces and attics
- Can tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather and damp/or dusty locations
- Valid Driver's License-Must have a copy of the driver's license when the application is filled out to see if you are insurable for fleet insurance
- Good driving record
- Successful completion of a drug screening
- GED or Diploma
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
