We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team and help us deliver top-notch service to our clients.

Job Description: As a Pest Control Operator, you will play a crucial role in performing Pest Control operations for customers. As you grow in this role, you will train technicians and lead teams, ensuring efficiency with the schedule.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional Pest Control services in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations.
• Develop and implement effective Pest Control treatment plans tailored to each situation.
• Safely and responsibly apply Pest Control products according to industry regulations and company protocols.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer concerns and questions.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits and Pest Control treatments.
• Maintain compliance of all state and federal laws regarding Pest Control, wildlife control and pesticide usage.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and safety protocols.
• Assist in educating customers on pest prevention and management strategies.
• Operate and maintain Pest Control equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' documented Pest Control experience under a licensed operation, and/or a college degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of common Florida pests, wildlife, plant diseases and weeds, and their signs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions and in confined spaces.
• Ability to operate and maintain hand tools, farm machinery, and power tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Pest Control Operator license

Pay: $58,300.00 - $89,900.00 per year
