Position Overview
Crossroads is seeking full time personnel to provide HR support services within the Military Personnel Division at Fort Knox, KY.
Responsibilities
- Complete installation level in/out processing for incoming and outgoing Soldiers.
- Provide pre and post transition services, to include processing separation actions
- Process Solider actions including personnel action requests, to include compassionate actions.
- Prepare Certificates.
- Organize, analyze, and maintain records and prepare reports according to record keeping requirements.
- Publicly address large groups of Soldiers.
- Protect privacy, administer training, and ensure policy and procedure compliance.
- Interact via phone, email and in person with customers from the military, their family and other entitled persons of Department of Defense (DoD) association, including contractors and their affiliates.
- Deal cooperatively and effectively with representatives inside and outside the organization, including both military and civilian organizations, to obtain needed information, complete required tasks/ processing, and explain/brief decisions or recommendations to others.
- Provide clerical and secretarial support to both executive and general staff.
- Employees are required to always wear an ID badge when performing work under this contract at a Government site, to include attending Government meetings and conferences.
- Perform other duties as required.
