Personnel Coordinator
Cahill Swift seeks to hire a highly organized individual to assist with the coordination of personnel scheduling and information management.
The candidate selected will be in charge of tracking all project schedules/calendars for a team of 20 individuals. This will consist of creating and keeping current, a calendar and monitoring events and tasks, communicating schedules to the team members, and reporting progress and status to managers.
The role will also involve sending reminders to team members as tasks come due and as relevant information is received from clients.The role will also include monitoring and managing shared files for organization and consistency, including creating templates, etc.
The firm is open to fully remote work, with possible travel to the Boston office if needed. Travel opportunities are also available for the candidate if mutually desired.
Qualifications: Candidate must be exceptionally organized with clear communication skills. Usage of Gantt charts, knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel is preferred. Phone and online meeting platforms will occasionally be necessary, but will not constitute the majority of the work.
We anticipate beginning as part-time and potentially increasing.
