Personal/Exec Asst. ON Site, please no work from home applications

Seeking a Personal/Executive Assistant for a high profile individual towork at our home office in Woodland Hills. This job requires you to be ON Site 5 days a week from 10am - 5 pm approximately. 

You will provide high-level administrative and personal support for a unique individual working in the entertainment industry. This is a personal assistant and office manager role. We are in need of someone with a myriad of skills. Secretarial skills a must. Spelling, grammar, letter writing, online tasks, and great organizational skills. You will be in charge of many different tasks in a lot of different departments. No day looks quite the same. Experience working with Apple products a huge plus. . Experience or interest in animal protection a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative needs of Executive
• Arrange conference calls and meetings
• Plan work-related travel details
• Receive visitors
• Maintain and order supplies
• Draft and edit written correspondence

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong attention to detail
