Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fitness Instructor to join our team. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for 1 on 1 training (sometimes 2) and providing personalized training sessions to help individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. If you have a strong background in personal training and a diverse skill set in various fitness disciplines, we want to hear from you!
Duties:
- Provide one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to individual client needs
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness
- Develop and implement effective workout programs for clients of all fitness levels
- Monitor and motivate clients during workouts to ensure safety and maximize results
- Offer modifications and adjustments to accommodate different fitness levels or injuries
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area
- Assist with fitness sales and membership sign-ups
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer
- Strong knowledge and expertise in various fitness disciplines such as CrossFit, Yoga, Pilates, group fitness, cycling, sports coaching, or dance
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients
- CPR/AED certification a plus.
- Relevant certifications in personal training or group fitness instruction are preferred

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
