Personal Trainer

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Whitestone, NY

Sage Personal Training is looking for a Personal Trainer to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about fitness and helping people achieve their fitness goals. This position requires a person who is willing to work with clients in a friendly and professional manner, who has the desire to learn and grow in the fitness industry, and who is eager to help people achieve their personal fitness goals.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be comfortable working with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Must be eager to learn and grow in the Sage Personal Training personal training environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work with clients of all ages, including those with special needs.

Job Duties Include:
Assisting clients with their fitness goals, including but not limited to: body weight exercises, nutrition, training plans, and lifestyle changes.

• Conducting initial client assessments of clients.
• Conducting training sessions, including but not limited to: body weight exercises, nutrition, training plans, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintaining client relationships by communicating with clients regularly about their progress and advising them on any further needs.

Compensation: Hourly rate depends on experience and qualifications; bonuses are available based on performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
