Willspace is a boutique training studio based in the Ido Portal Movement Culture. The Movement perspective is more significant than any specific movement discipline, and it contains HUGE 'worlds' like the world of fitness, dance, martial arts, strength, flexibility, circus, and more.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our mission is to redefine physicality through education and practice. A Willspace Coach focuses on the quality and progression of movement as the standard of success. Rather than just selecting random exercises for a random amount of reps, the outcome is to show measurable progress in the client's quality of movement, skill level, strength, speed, flexibility, and body composition enhancements.

AGENDA
Applicants must display a desire to become a career Movement Coach. If you are looking for a "job," please do not contact us. We are looking for self-motivated coaches who are on a mission to impact lives positively and can "walk the talk." The in-house Apprenticeship involves training hard for 5-8 hours each day.
The position requires a strong understanding of precise, quality movement, a superior eye, and interpersonal skills to inspire clients to elevate their movement training. Along with:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and practical listening skills.
- Exuberant of positivity.
- Strong dedication to your own personal movement and nutrition practice.
- Ability to work with adults and children.
- Knowledge of established best practices in health, wellness, and nutrition.
- Vital planning, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Vital customer service, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of addressing various situations with sensitivity.
- Ability to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate programs and services.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to travel to various work sites in New York and work outside the standard shift.
- Takes direction well and is flexible in their approach; a true problem-solver
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
