Personal Trainer

Job description

Daily responsibilities include running one on one personal training sessions as well as small group personal training sessions. Trainers will also take the initiative and help design written workout programs for their clients as well as help with nutrition advice. Weekly body composition scans will be performed on state of the art bioelectric impedance devices to monitor client progress.

Miscellaneous responsibilities include helping maintain the cleanliness of the club, maintain a professional appearance and be willing to help any member who approaches you in the club.

Clients will be provided to trainers by the sales staff. All you have to do is service your clients and make sure they are getting amazing results! If you do generate your own clients via upgrades or referrals you will be compensated via commission!

Employees have a multi-tier system in which they can increase their salary and role within the company, including the ability to be promoted into management.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Must be able to:

• Motivate and train the member in a 1:1 and collaborate with group trainers to create live group training environment
• Match Anytime Fitness personal training programs - in conjunction with the Personal Trainer’s expertise - with the member’s goals and abilities
• Maintain your calendar and schedule training clients according to their program
• Communicate with clients on a regular basis to keep them motivated and accountable
• Track, monitor and report each member’s progress while working to continue an ongoing personal training regimen with each client
• Successful Personal Trainers continue education of each member and create long-term relationships
• Keep gym clean and tidy

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
