We are looking for individuals that have a passion for fitness and also enjoy helping people to become Personal Trainers on our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness and nutrition, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their goals, but above all, will be reliable, communicative and demonstrate the utmost courtesy towards coworkers as well as clients. You must be able to create individualized workout plans for clients, provide advice on nutrition and lifestyle changes.
Responsibilities:
- Design individualized fitness programs tailored to the needs of each client.
- Demonstrate proper technique for exercises and provide instruction on how to use equipment.
- Motivate clients to reach their fitness goals.
- Educate clients on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Perform fitness assessments and provide feedback.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $46.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
