Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and risk profiles.
Provide expert advice on personal lines insurance products, including auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies.
Collaborate with clients to customize insurance plans that meet their specific requirements.
Generate and present accurate quotes to clients, explaining coverage details and policy terms.
Process policy applications, renewals, and endorsements with attention to detail and accuracy.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
Assist clients in the event of claims, providing guidance and support throughout the claims process.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
4+ years of personal lines experience in the state of Florida
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Active FL 2-20 license
Minimum 3 years experience with personal lines market in Florida
Comprehensive knowledge of personal lines insurance products and industry regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze and assess clients' needs to recommend suitable coverage.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in relevant computer applications and insurance-related software.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
