A Criminal Justice Attorney is established in Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Law and is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate who has a minimum of 5 years of experience.The candidate must possess strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills. The selected candidate must be willing to work as a team with Legal Assistants and Support Staff. The ideal candidate will handle intake support, manage a case load to include approval of demand packages, discussions with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel and be able to negotiate claims to get the best resolution possible.
