We're seeking a superhero, quirky, and self-confident Personal/Executive Assistant to support a high-energy, get-stuff-done entrepreneur, CEO, doggy mom, and wife. Your stakeholder is a professional, successful, private and FUN individual who is looking for someone to help run her busy life. Our aim is for this role to enhance efficiency and precision in both work and personal life, enabling her to accomplish even more with intentionality.

Compensation- $40,000 - $45,000 Plus Health Benefits, Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off

Responsibilities:Responsibilities at Work:
- The main point of contact handling customer inquiries and emails and calendar management for the owner's personal and professional commitments
- Audit all transaction files for the owner's personal production
- Foster customer loyalty through high-quality interactions at each step
- Managing the customer relationship process for the owner's personal production
- Developing effective ways for better communication and increased customer satisfaction
- Conflict resolution - think independently and be proactive. Ability to anticipate needs and the confidence to act as a gatekeeper
- Create systems around ownership of the transaction logistics to protect the owner’s 20% and own the next steps at all costs unless required to be handled by the owner (if so, you still close the loop)
Responsibilities at Home:
- Maintain a well-stocked, organized, and meticulously maintained home
- Perform light daily cleaning (think hotel-style turns and straightening up for guests)
- Handle grocery shopping, errands, online orders/returns, FedEx mailings, etc.
- Implement home organization strategies to streamline efficiency
- Assist with food preparation, including washing/cutting fruits/vegetables and making smoothies
- Provide dog walking and care, including possible dog-sitting during travel
- Coordinate travel arrangements as needed
- Detail-oriented with a self-proclaimed perfectionist mindset
- Enjoy clean eating and nutrition
- Love dogs, particularly adorable older mixed breeds
- Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism in a personal role
Hours: 9:00-5:00, M-F with flexibility during the evenings and weekends from time to time for urgent business needs; 40 Hours Per week (in-office and personal residence)
Location: Onsite, Auburn, ME You live within a 20-minute commute to the office and home. You have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work-related tasks. You have a driver's license, and you carry insurance.
