Personal Computer Support Technician

Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Personal Computer Support Technicianto join our team in Norfolk, VA supporting our customer Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC-A).

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

• Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform technical, operational, and training support to users.
• Troubleshoot computers.
• Provide training when necessary.

EXPERIENCE:

• One (1) years of Computerized System experience, to include: installation, testing, repair and troubleshooting of stand-alone computers, computers linked to networks, printers, and other computer peripherals.

EDUCATION:

• High School diploma or GED. Individual shall be working towards the relevant certifications: Professional Software Engineering Master (PSEM)/ Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP) or with COR approval complete a vendor/platform specific certification such as: Microsoft role-based certifications, Microsoft Certified Applicable Developer (MCAD), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), Red Hat Certification Program (RHCP), CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), VMWare Certified Professional (VCP), Cloud Certifications.
