- Providing supervision and personal assistance for Client at Clients residence.
- Responding to Clients needs in a timely manner;
- Providing companionship for Client;
- Assisting with feeding, dressing, bathing and Personal Care as needed;
- Verbally reminding Client to take medications, if needed; and
- Other assistance with activities of daily living as directed.
