We are looking for a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to joinour trailblazing team! As a PCA, you will provide direct and indirect carewhile guiding residents through their activities of daily living. The PCA isresponsible for promoting the resident's well-being while maintaining theirindependence. We care for our residents through a results-oriented approachwhile cultivating relationships with values rooted in love, compassion, anddignity.
Responsibilities:

• Receives report and assignment when coming onduty and gives report on assigned residents when going off duty

• Attend General Orientation and PCATraining/competency classes, at time of hire and annually, as indicated

• Is aware of resident needs for social andpsychological support

• Is aware of and adheres to Resident's Bill ofRights and confidentiality of resident information

• Is aware of Resident Abuse Reporting Law
