SalaryResponsibilities:
- Provide assistance and support to individuals in a childcare or healthcare setting
- Assist with daily activities, including Personal Care, feeding, and hygiene
- Monitor and document individual's behavior and progress
- Implement behavior management strategies as directed by supervisors
- Administer medication following proper protocols and guidelines
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for individuals
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Experience:
- Previous experience in childcare, nursing, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus
- Ability to lift and assist with transferring individuals as needed
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques is beneficial
- Understanding of resident rights and social work principles is desirable
