MidFirst Bank is seeking energetic individuals with excellent communication skills who enjoy helping others in a team-oriented, Contact Center environment. Personal Bankers are responsible for handling a wide variety of calls regarding banking products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling new and existing customer inquiries while providing quality service to our customers in an enthusiastic, responsive and articulate manner.
Individuals are required to work rotating weekends which include Saturday and Sunday.
Shift differentials are available for certain hours:
$5.00/hour for Monday through Friday from 6pm - 9pm p.m.
Saturday's from 1pm to 6pm and Sunday from 12p to 4p.
Position Requirements:
Candidates must possess PC skills with the ability to toggle between multiple systems, good typing skills and a solid history of customer service to include handling escalated, in-depth and detailed conversations.
Previous experience in a customer service or call-center environment is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of banking products and procedures are a plus.
- Typing test required 30 wpm.
- Bilingual (fluent verbal and written Spanish) skills are a plus.
- Bilingual assessment required/If passed additional $2.00 per hour.
