We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team. As a Personal Banker, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional banking services and building strong relationships with our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions.
- Open and close personal banking accounts, including checking, savings, and investment accounts.
- Assist customers with loan applications, credit card applications, and other financial services.
- Educate customers on various banking products and services, helping them make informed decisions.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell banking products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in personal banking or a customer service role within the financial industry.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.
- Proficient in using banking software and technology.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
