We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. ```Duties```
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other relevant documents
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems
