Who is a Wingmom Contractor?
In keeping with the Wingmom brand, a Wingmom Independent Contractor is someone who is caring, compassionate, family oriented, and service driven, who also has the ability to multitask, follow direction well and keep a high standard of customer service at the forefront of all they do. The ability to use technology and navigate new platforms is a plus, as much of the Wingmom communication and scheduling is done online.
We have many positions available including, personal assistant, home organization, home cleaning, transportation, handyman, babysitting, etc. We are looking for applicants interested in multiple services.

-Must be able to lift 25lbs and often perform tasks that may involve strenuous activity.
-Tasks may include but are not limited to laundry, light tidying, running errands, meal prep and/or homeoffice assistance. Please note, a personal assistant may do some cleaning and organizing from time to
time.
-Must have a valid drivers license
-18 years or older
-Hourly starts at $20
OUR HIRING PROCESS
- Review resumes and cover letters to assess applicants' skills or aptitude.
- Screen applicants via phone call, zoom or in person interview and discuss the skills needed for each service or client.
- Contact the candidate's references and verify their professional history.
- Complete Federal and State background checks.
- Complete a Probationary Period to learn the "Wingmom Way."
- When applicable, acquire additional licenses, certifications and trainings to provide the best service possible.
