Personal Assistant/ Mindreader Needed!

I'm looking for someone to come and work along side me in the real estate wholesaling and flipping business. Crazy Homebuyers is a very small but very powerful company, flipping and wholesaling houses consistently for many years.

This would be a home based employment opportunity with a flexible schedule for the person who's a great fit. The position will report directly to me.

Here's what I need:
- Preferrably someone local to the Green Bay area.
- Someone who is insanely organized and loves being "behind the scenes" taking care of all of those pesky details that others leave behind.
- Event planning, travel arrangement skills, coordination etc...
- Scheduling - Keeping me on track with my own personal and business schedule.
- Website management, new customer setups, help with billing and customer service for each customer.
- Incredibly proactive. I need someone who thinks of what needs to get done to improve processes, and then gets them done with little or no supervision or direction.
- Customer service oriented. Thinks of ways to constantly take better care of our clients.
- Someone who never says "It can't be done." Instead, I'm looking for someone who constantly thinks of new ways it CAN be done.
- The ability to do constantly varying degrees of tasks depending on the job needing to be done at the time.
- The ability to handle many different assignments at once, some of which are recurring and stay the same each and every month. Some of which vary constantly depending on upcoming events, projects, needs, etc...

If you're not the type of person that works well on your own or needs constant babysitting, this job isn't for you.

If you need a step by step set of instructions for everything you do before taking action and moving forward, this role isn't for you. There will be plenty of times you will be given a desired outcome without the instructions on how to get the result.
If you thrive on getting results without having someone breathing down your neck and micro-managing your every move, you'll love this role.

If you're someone who really loves to accomplish a lot - all while goofing off and having a lot of fun during the process, this might be a great fit. That's one thing we're not afraid of around here we demand the opportunity to have fun at Crazy Homebuyers. The job is very flexible, however, it's also very demanding at times as well.

Approximate hours are 20 hours per week. This may go up significantly on weeks where we have something special going on, and it may go down on weeks where we're all caught up and things are slow.

Pay varies between $20 and $22 per hour depending on experience and productivity.
