The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for assisting and supporting the Branch Manager in the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including the areas of operations, consumer lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank’s objectives. Performs supervisory duties in the absence of the Branch Manager. Provides leadership, training and supervision to branch personnel. Assists in attaining established Bank goals through active participation in sales management.
Responsible for opening new accounts, performing account maintenance, and cross selling additional products and services to enhance the customer relationship with the bank. Perform CSR duties as needed and be part of the rotation for Saturday hour coverage.
