Permanent Full Time Clinical Pharmacist position in Goldendale, WA

Facility Salary : $124,000.00 to $177,000.00

Shift Information : The Pharmacy is staffed Monday through Friday 9 am-7 pm and Saturday 9 am-2 pm.

Job Description:

The Clinical Pharmacist plays a vital role in patient care treatment through drug therapy services provided at the hospital. These services are age-appropriate, for neonates, pediatric patients, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, performed when needed through direct contact with the patient, and/or in-direct association with or in support of health care providers.

The Pharmacist Integrates the provision of pharmaceutical care with other elements of the patient care process to provide a collaborative, cooperative effort with other members of the health care team to assure optimal drug therapy outcomes. Performs all duties in a manner which aligns with the department and organizational mission, vision, and values of the hospital.
