Requirements:
- Must have completed an accredited Surgical Technology program or must have five (5) consecutive years of training/experience as a Surgical Tech
- Or LPN with one (1) year Surgical Tech - Preferred
- National Certification - Highly Preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
- If Certified, a Surgical Technologist must have current certification.
- Currently Oklahoma LPN license, if applicable.
