Job Description
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis, delivering accurate and timely advice to clients
Prepare various legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and briefs
Participate in meetings and conferences with clients to discuss case strategies and provide updates
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to a state bar association
Minimum of 1.5 years of proven experience as a PERM attorney
Strong legal research and writing skills
Proficient in using legal research platforms such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
Exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred Skills:
Spanish-speaking proficiency
Comprehensive experience with the PERM process, including handling audits
Knowledge of relevant immigration laws and regulations
