Perishable Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the store
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and achieve sales goals
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper inventory control procedures are followed
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of employees
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates for open positions
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees
- Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement company-wide initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
- Experience in conducting interviews and hiring employees
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and point-of-sale software
- Ability to negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Multilingual skills are a plus
