Patient Care Responsibilities
Direct Patient Care Management:
- Perform thorough examinations, assessments, and accurate diagnoses for a specific patient base, offering tailored treatments for various periodontal conditions.
Patient Care Coordination:
- Supervise and coordinate patient care activities, providing guidance to dental technical and support staff for cohesive treatment delivery.
Compliance and Standards Adherence:
- Ensure adherence to established departmental policies, procedures, quality improvement objectives, and safety standards, including environmental and infection control protocols.
Health Promotion Participation:
- Engage, as relevant, in health promotion, educational initiatives, and preventive programs specific to periodontal health.
Miscellaneous Duties:
- Fulfill any other job-related tasks assigned to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective practice management.
Cultivating Collaborative Environments:
- Ability to foster a cooperative and supportive environment among the dental team and other healthcare professionals.
